José Elias Thame, 180 - Centro - Batatais (SP) - Zip Code 14.300-019, ("IMPROVEFY") has the objectives of goal management; performance management; bonus management, budget management; project management; task management; routine management, gamification, and integrated communicator.
This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete this information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect information from users, who have access released by the administrator or manager of the company, in order to provide better services to all and to enable the development of IMPROVEFY's activity, which are:
1) Full name: collected to identify the user and for the relationship with IMPROVEFY;
2) E-mail: collected to have a direct communication channel with the user, password redemption and sending of information, and login;
3) Position: used to enable the analysis of management metrics, standard of each position in the company and identification;
4) Level: used to enable analysis of management metrics and standard of the levels of each position in the company and comparison of performance reports;
5) IP: collected for access log audit and to check if the IP is within the range released for access by the company.
The information collected by IMPROVEFY is used to conduct studies and classify users to enable better performance reports and provide better management of the company, which will also depend on how you use our Platform and how you manage privacy controls.
We also use personal information to create, develop, operate, provide, and improve our Services and content, and to prevent loss and avoid fraud. We may also use your personal information for purposes related to network and account security, including securing our Services for the benefit of all our users.
We may use your personal information to confirm your identity, assist in identifying users, and determine appropriate services.
From time to time, we may use the information you provide to send you important notices, such as communications about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with IMPROVEFY, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

When you are not logged into the IMPROVEFY Account, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the browser, application or device you are using. This helps us maintain preferences you have already selected, for example.
LOCATION INFORMATION AND OTHER PERMISSIONS
When you access the Platform, with your permission, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
i. User Content: In order to respond to calls regarding technical questions on the use of the Platform, as well as to identify the User, we collect the information that you send when contacting IMPROVEFY support.
ii. Use Information: In order to prove the contracting and/or use of our Services, in the event of a question, we collect information about how the User interacts with our services. This information includes, for example, date and time of access, application features or pages visited, application crashes and other system activity, browser type, and third-party websites you were using before interacting with our Services. In some cases, we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
iii. Location: We collect location data, if parameterized, during the performance of inspection checklist with geolocation, and we will store only this position from the moment the User registers such data on the platform.

IMPROVEFY allows you to easily keep your personal information accurate, complete and up-to-date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in our specific privacy summaries. In setting these periods, we carefully review the need to collect personal information and, when we identify a relevant need, we retain the information for the shortest possible period necessary to complete the purpose of the collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
DELETION OF INFORMATION
For business continuity assurance purposes we store information for 5 years. In some cases we store data for limited periods when it needs to be kept for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be a delay between the time you delete something and the time copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
To delete data from your Account on the Platform, you must submit a request to admin@improvefy.com, in which case we will immediately begin the process of removing them from our system. First, we aim to quickly remove them from view, and they can no longer be used to personalize your experience on IMPROVEFY.
We then initiate a process designed to completely and securely delete data from our storage systems. Secure deletion is important to protect our users and customers from accidental data loss. Complete deletion of data from our servers is equally important for the peace of mind of users and our protection. This process usually takes about ninety (90) days from the time of deletion.
After the exclusion of your account, it is reserved the possibility of IMPROVEFY keeping the information and/or data by legal determination or whose maintenance is necessary for (i) compliance with a court order, within the scope of judicial and/or administrative proceedings, (ii) study by a research body, under the terms of the applicable legislation, (iii) transfer to a third party, provided that the treatment requirements of the applicable legislation are respected, and (iv) exclusive use of IMPROVEFY, provided that the data are anonymized.
In the above case, IMPROVEFY guarantees that third parties with whom it may have shared the User's data will adopt the same measure of exclusion and non-treatment of the User's data.

Your information collected through our Service may be stored and processed in Brazil or in any other country in which IMPROVEFY, its service providers or partners maintain facilities; but always to countries that provide adequate degree of protection of personal data. protection.
